What is Campference?

Imagine a professional development experience that doesn't just train you, it invigorates your teaching practice and nurtures your wellbeing.

Where learning happens not in sterile conference rooms, but amidst rustling trees, open skies, and the vibrant energy of nature.

At Campference you'll build meaningful connections and take away practical strategies to authentically embed nature-inspired teaching practices into your programs - and it'll fill your cup too!

We also intentionally cap attendee numbers to ensure the personalised, connected experience Campference is known for - so places are limited and fill fast.

Who Belongs at Campference?

Campference isn’t just another conference, it’s a community of nature-inspired educators.

While primarily designed for early childhood and primary years educators, our inclusive philosophy means there's a welcoming space for anyone passionate about nature-inspired learning.

If you’re curious to explore the powerful role nature can have for children and your teaching practice, and you're eager to connect with others who share your passion, we’d love for you to join us.

What Makes Campference Unique?

What really sets this weekend apart is the unhurried opportunity to connect and have quality time to share ideas, challenges and inspiration with like-minded people.

Whether you're new to nature-inspired learning or ready to deepen your practice, Campference will give you the knowledge and connections you need to move forward with confidence.

"What we learnt from Campference has completely transformed our practice and we can't wait to come back again this year!"
